I'm Artūras — a Kaunas-based performance marketer and operator. Four years deep into media buying across the Baltics and the US, with $2.5M in managed ad spend, 5,000+ digital products sold, and a track record of building marketing systems that compound.

I started in 2022 walking into a neighborhood pizza place in Kaunas and getting paid in pizza to learn how to bring customers in. Six months later that brand was a digital asset they still run on. That's still how I think about marketing — build the machine, then hand someone the keys.

From there: a brutal stint in a Vilnius agency under Mantas Mereckis handling Porsche LT, SAVY and Baby City. High-volume creative work at AirGuru. Then two years in Chicago as Head of Marketing for a network of trucking companies — $2M spent, $150M generated, 3,600 ads launched, a team of 60 recruiters, and ads copied by 100+ competitors.

Today I'm back in Kaunas. I lead e-commerce and live sales growth at Brand Club, run a small web dev agency MB Grey Media on the side, and freelance as a senior media buyer for DTC and info-product brands across the Baltics. My current focus is building out e-commerce projects of my own.

  1. 2022

    Junior Marketing Specialist — Fast Pizza Barbecue

    Kaunas. Walked into a neighborhood restaurant and started applying digital marketing to bring customers in. Got paid in pizza. Six months of rigorous practice turned the brand into a digital asset they still use today.

  2. 2022

    Media Buyer — Media House Lithuania

    Vilnius. Went under the wing of Mantas Mereckis, one of the most knowledgeable digital marketers in Vilnius. Agency world, 4–6 high-level corporate clients (Baby City / Toy City LT/LV/EE, SAVY, Porsche LT). 4 months of hell that taught me what it takes — and pointed me toward one-company marketing.

  3. 2022

    Performance Marketing Specialist — AirGuru

    Vilnius. High-volume ad creative strategy and angle validation. Managed a designer producing ~25 ads daily on top of my own 25. Launched 5 angles daily with 10 ads each. Daily analysis, weekly KPI reports — and a wild creative strategy that got serious attention in Lithuanian marketing communities.

  4. 2022 — 2025

    Head of Marketing — Network of Trucking Companies

    Chicago (on-site). $2M spent, $150M generated. 3,600 ads made and launched in 2 years. Lead generation for recruiters, creative strategy lead, database management, team lead. Media buying on Meta, TikTok, Google. Managed a team of 60 recruiters. My ads have been copied by 100+ trucking companies.

    Senior Marketing Specialist / Freelance

    Kaunas, remote. Senior media buyer across DTC e-com and info-product brands: PMC Baltic, Make Me Champion, Bad Decisions, Pure Smiles, Vyru Kalnas, Ignuf, Forever September, Moters Akademija, Tavo Mokytojas, Tidewood, NY Dance Fashion Space, Cyclepath, Mitybos Kelias.
